This is Carolyn New York - Mugged on the Six Train. What a pretty color.
WHAT I LIKE:
Dark color, with out being so dark it is black.
Has a little bit of shimmer, but not over the top shimmer.
Dries quickly
Great Name
WHAT I DON'T LIKE:
It is one of those colors that show smudges, I feel like I have to constantly wipe my nails off.
Didn't apply evenly.
Overall I give this color a THUMBS UP!
