BELLE OF THE BALL ALL PURPLED OUT!

For my NOTD I am wearing Ruby Kisses - All Purpled Out over Confetti - Belle of the Ball. What a great combo this is!! I think it looks like my nails have been sprinkled with purple pepper. LOVING IT!!!
